Dr. Garilli is a former US Marine turned Naturopathic Doctor. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Maryland and her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington.. Dr. Garilli specializes in treating patients with chronic illnesses through natural and nutritional modalities. She has completed advanced training in the DAN! (biomedical approach to autism treatment) protocol, First Line Therapy by Metagenics for cardio-metabolic conditions, and Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy training through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). She has also done extensive self-study on major topics in nutrition including the GAPS diet, Eat Right For Your Blood Type, Paleolithic diet, vegetarian/vegan diets, low-carb/glycemic index eating, Weston-Price philosophy, specific food-sensitivity diets including GFDF diets, allergy-elimination/detox protocols, Ayurvedic/TCM approaches to eating and much more. In addition to treating patients, Dr. Garilli loves educating on the topics of health and wellness. She has been a speaker at various universities and medical colleges in the US, is an avid lecturer within her community and frequently contributes articles to various healthcare journals and publications.
