Congratulations to Caroline Kane for graduating from the Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition program. Caroline also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of San Francisco. She has experience working at UCSF hospital as a nursing intern on a medical surgical patients recovery floor. She also has had the opportunity to work with mothers of autistic children guiding the mothers toward a healing protocol for common gut conditions associated with autism. Her recipes have been published in "Autism Science Digest" and "The Journal of Autism Science". Caroline's passion centers around family nutrition from conception to pregnancy, for children and their parents with a special focus on autoimmune disorders and food allergies. Her thesis is entitled Hypothalamic Pituitary Adrenal Axis Dysregulation and Its Relationship with Infertility. Keep up the important work, Caroline!
