Congratulations to Kristin-Ann Osowski for earning a Master of Science in Health and Nutrition Education degree with a Summa cum Laude designation. Kristin has been an educator for more than 25 years and more recently, Natural Chef and Health Educator; a disciple of a holistic, mind-body-spirit approach to health and wellness. She advocates for the principles of good nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices by speaking at local fitness establishments on a variety of health and nutrition related topics. Her primary goal is to educate communities about the important relationship between nutrition and health. She incorporates holistic culinary techniques and recipes into her presentations and teaches her audiences not only why they should make healthy choices, but how to make them. Kristin encourages and supports people on their journey to better health by providing the necessary tools that will make a significant difference in their health and the health of their loved ones. She loves to share her personal story and knowledge of nutrition with others so that they, too, can lead a healthier, happier life. Her thesis is entitled Four Weeks to Better Health. Keep up the good work, Kristin!
