Scott Watters graduated with a Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition Degree. He also received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Windsor, Canada. Prior to entering Hawthorn, Scott was trained as a classical stage actor and teacher of English. He taught elementary school at the American International Schools in Korea, Australia, Thailand, Turkey, and in the United States. Scott has visited and lived in many countries as he enjoys learning about new cultures. His final thesis project identified factors that contribute to obesity and visceral fat. He plans to use his work to educate others about the benefits of holistic nutrition for the promotion of optimal health. Best of luck and congratulations, Scott!
