Kathy Conery received her Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition with the distinction of Magna cum Laude. She has been practicing acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine for several years in a private practice as well as in two community acupuncture clinics in Princeville, Kauai. Kathy's thesis, Immune System Modulation as a Primary Treatment Focus for Auto Immune Disorders and Allergies, is evidence of her knowledge and belief that food is the best and first medicine.
