Congratulations to Joya Myer for receiving a Master of Science in Health and Nutrition Education cum Laude. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Iowa. Joya's nutrition consulting business, Nibblewise, provides educational programs and materials as well as wellness workshops. She assisted in the implementation and management of a senior nutrition program at Bay Area Community Services which included community engagement, meal planning, and running a large scale lunch program across 12 sites for which she received the Legacy Scholarship in 2013. As the Senior Editor for "ENJI Daily", an online health and wellness magazine, she is responsible for current research in the field of health and nutrition, community engagement, and social media management. Joya’s writing, recipes, and upcoming workshops can be viewed on her website www.nibblewise.com. Her thesis, The Significance of Incorporating Cooking Skills into Nutrition Education Interventions for Young Adults, gives tribute to her passion. Keep up the good work, Joya!
