Lauri Rosenthal graduated from the Master of Science in Health and Nutrition Education program with honors. Lauri received a Bachelor of Science degree from Lehigh University and spent time in the work force prior to raising her children. During that time she volunteered as a member of the Board of Directors and Outreach Coordinator for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Over the years, Lauri developed a personal interest in health and nutrition topics including juvenile diabetes, gluten allergies, and colitis. She now is an active member of several nutrition associations and is passionate about sharing her knowledge and helping her clients maintain optimal health. Her thesis "Type 1 Diabetes - Celiac Disease Connection: How to Live a Healthy Life with Two Autoimmune Diseases" is evidence of her academic achievement.
