Congratulations to Theresa Ulrich for earning a Scientific Foundations in Holistic Nutrition certificate with a Summa cum Laude designation. Theresa entered Hawthorn with an overflowing enthusiasm to help people make healthy life style changes after she became aware of the power that food had on her own health. Her weight loss, anxiety, depression, and migraines disappeared when she cooked her own food and re-discovered exercise. She began to read labels and found that the food industry was calling chemicals and preservatives “food”. Theresa is now ready for the next chapter in her life which is to guide individuals to find themselves in the same way that she did. All the best to you, Theresa!
